Who pays the 3% fee?
Buyers by default; it is shown as a separate line at checkout. You can choose to absorb it instead, in which case it is deducted from your payout.
Are there extra payment charges?
Mobile money and card processing costs are included in the fee shown at checkout. There are no hidden charges.
What happens if I refund a ticket?
The service fee is refunded with the ticket when you cancel an event. See the refund policy.
